The successful applicants will be selling products and services within the telecommunications industry. This is a 100% phone based sales call centre environment where you will be receiving inbound and/or making outbound calls to customers. The company are looking for candidates that have drive, ambition and are prepared to work hard and meet targets. A full training package and ongoing coaching is provided. Due to the carrying out of credit checks applicants are required to be at least 18 years and over. Qualifications/skills required for the job: High levels of motivation and enthusiasm to hit and exceed sales targets by selling packages through exceptional customer service. Clear and confident telephone manner coupled with a professional working attitude and appearance. Competent computer and keyboard skills. Customer interaction experience through either a phone or face to face environment. A minimum of two GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Hours/days of work: 5 days a week, 40 hours working to a shift pattern. Office is open Monday to Friday 7.45am to 10.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 7.45am to 9.00pm. Location: Peacock Lane, Leicester, LE1
