One of Europe’s premier manufacturers of aftermarket wear parts and crusher spares, supplying high quality internal spares and wears for the worldwide Quarrying, Mining, Recycling and Demolition industries are looking to employ machinist trainees.
The role:
Due to continued success the company are looking to recruit Trainee Machinists at their Bardon Hill site. They are looking for individuals who are keen to learn a trade and have a passion for engineering. Employer will provide a comprehensive and thorough training in all aspects of Machining. Each trainee will be mentored by an experienced machinist and will specialise in using either the Vertical Borer or CNC Milling Machine. The company can offer a stable job and an opportunity to become a highly skilled individual in a busy, stimulating and profitable family business.

Qualifications/skills required for the job:
Applicants must be willing to learn, follow instruction and have a can do attitude. You must be able to demonstrate an interest in engineering.

You should also have GCSE grade C or above in Mathematics.
