Who is it suitable for: 16-18 yr old not currently in Education or Employment

What will you learn: HighPoint Centre (TREES) will allow us to  work on site designing, developing  all there outside space. Young people can be creative, sharing ideas, working as teams and developing their employability skills in a practical working environment  inc construction, landscaping or horticulture. 

Ideally for young people aiming to improve through the delivery of StepUp units and Wider Key Skills units around team working, problem solving and working with others, they will develop social /communication skills, work as a team, self awareness and self confidence. 
H &S & MHandling will be covered, functional skills in Literacy and Numeracy embedded throughout. 


When does it start: 6th Feb 2012

What qualifications will you get: Relevant Qualification from Entry 3 up to and including  Level 2

What happens when you finish:  College, Employment

Where will it be: High Point Leicester, Charles Street Leicester
