 Who is it suitable for: 16-18 yr old not currently in Education or Employment

What will you learn: Skill for life is a film and music technology course which offers young people the opportunity to be creative and gain skills not usually open to inner city young people.

Whilst on the programme the young people will take part in exciting activities, this aims to  give them a solid base and a understanding of what works in this fun and vibrant industry

The young people will be take on location and allowed to be creative producing filming  their own video, eg music video, short film, short young people’s soap video etc.       
 
When does it start: 5th March

What qualifications will you get: Asdan Activities Award
(part of Personal Effectiveness Award Level 1 – young people will need to do additional challenges to achieve this qualification in full)


What happens when you finish: Employment, College

Where will it be: Magpie Youth Centre

Hours of attendance: Mon & Wed 10-2pm
