If you are aged 15-19 years then you can train to be a basket ball coach with the Warriors Basketball Coach Education and Mentor Project. The project will get you through 3 units to achieve a level 1 qualification, which are ‘Basketball level 1’, ‘Child Protection’ and ‘Equity in your coaching’. You will be assigned your own mentor who will help you work at your own pace to get through the requirements. There are opportunities on the project to get practical experience and experience other sports. Opportunities for employment and further training are very good. Location : St Matthews, Leicester
