This Retail course is for young people who are interested in the exploring the importance of working in the retail industry. The course will enable young people to learn a range of aspects of retail, including, customer services, visual merchandising, sales and more. The course will give learners an opportunity to produce video & radio adverts to promote an item from the retail industry of their choice. Learners will gain all round practical experience along with professional retail guidance, to gain transferable skills in a fun and creative way; as well as working towards a level 1 qualification.
