A personalised programme of learning, individual to your needs, aspirations and ambitions.There is no set length of stay as it is purely based on you! This is worked out over the first few weeks on programme and you will agree this with your key worker. 1. Personal and Social Development 2. Improving Literacy, Numeracy and ICT 3. Vocational Development - including work experience You will be given an individual programme of activities to suit you. You will be able to: - Improve your reading, writing, maths and communication skills - Improve your confidence and learn to work with others - Do work experience in one or more jobs - Opportunities to gain units/certificates in various vocational areas of the college (e.g. literacy and numeracy, IT) - Learn how to create a CV, fill in application forms and prepare for college, apprenticeship or employment. Hours/days of work: You will receive full travel costs for the days you attend. Location: Leicester College, Freemans Park Campus.
