A personalised programme of learning, individual to your needs, aspirations and ambitions.There is no set length of stay as it is purely based on you! This is worked out over the first few weeks on programme and you will agree this with your key worker. 1. Personal and Social Development 2. Improving Literacy, Numeracy and ICT 3. Vocational Development - including work experience - You can choose from Bricklaying, Painting and Decorating, Carpentry and Joinery OR Hair and Beauty OR Motor Mechanics. - You will also do work experience in one or more jobs - Do a Level 1 NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) in your chosen job area. - Learn how to create a CV, fill in application forms and prepare for interviews, college, apprenticeships or employment.
