A personalised programme of learning, individual to your needs, aspirations and ambitions.There is no set length of stay as it is purely based on you! This is worked out over the first few weeks on programme and you will agree this with your key worker. 1. Personal and Social Development 2. Improving Literacy, Numeracy and ICT 3. Vocational Development - including work experience - Do work experience in one or more jobs (on-site placements) - Do a National Vocational Qualification in a chosen job area such as Carpentry and Joinery or Painting and Decorating, Construction/Brickwork, and new **Electrical Installation. - Learn how to create a CV, fill in application forms and prepare for college, apprenticeships or employment. Hours/days of work: 19.5 hours minimum building up to 30 hours per week.You will also receive full travel costs for the days you attend. Location: Leicester
