Aimed at young people with a desire to enter the catering business or run their own enterprise.

Previous experience in a kitchen is not necessary as students will be prepared for the industry. 

On course, students will work in kitchens within prestigious surroundings; teaching will develop the skills to run their own kitchen and will include preparing food, customer service, looking how they can make money; using functional skills needed to run an enterprise from this diverse and creative vocation. The course will also involve team building and team working activities.

Student will gain a level 1 qualification, and we have excellent links for work experience and progression both in the city and wider county.

Mini bus will be available to help with transport due to remote location.
