The Job Competencies Handbook ( 2 copies)

Handbook doesn't properly describe this. It's an enormous volume and even though produced in 1998, the material hasn't dated much. Its focus is on skills related to employability, presented through a large selection of group work exercises which are grouped under four main headings. The authors clearly had amibitions for it to be used widely as a programme - this is probably unrealistic but its useful for picking out some activities for contributing to a programme.
