What do you think of our service?

Did you know?  We’ve been asking you what you think of our service.

In January we got feedback from 334 young people.   We are really pleased to announce that 97% of you said you were very satisfied or satisfied with our service AND nearly 80% of you told us that the interview couldn’t have been any better.

You said

‘the Adviser was very helpful and understanding’

‘I learnt a lot about applying for jobs online, and I have been given a lot of useful tips on how to get a job’

‘I got to know about apprenticeships and what job I can look for in the future’

‘I found out everything I wanted and now know where I am going, as before I had no clue’

You also told us that sometimes it would help if you were better prepared for your interview

YOU can make sure you get the most out of the time with your Adviser!

Here’s how..

  • Think about what questions you would like to ask and what information you want to find out BEFORE you come in.
  • Bring in any grades you have (even predicted grades) or make sure you know what they are. This will help us help you!
  • If you have an idea of a job or a course you would like to do, do some research about them first.
  • If you want us to help you with your CV, bring it with you or put some ideas down on paper first.
