With their in-depth training, bespoke systems and your own natural sales flair, you will be selling products and services through receiving inbound and making outbound calls on behalf of blue chip clients and household names in the telecommunication, insurance and media industries.

Qualifications/skills required for the job:
High levels of motivation and enthusiasm to hit and exceed sales targets by selling packages through exceptional customer service.  Clear and confident telephone manner coupled with a professional working attitude and appearance. Competent computer and keyboard skills. Customer interaction experience through either a phone or face to face environment. 

A minimum of two GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

Hours/days of work: 5 days a week, 40 hours working to a shift pattern. Office is open Monday to Friday 7.45am to 10.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 7.45am to 9.00pm.
