Morrisby profiling
The Morrisby Profile is one of the most useful and well regarded psychometric assessments used by careers guidance specialists and employers. It is a series of short tests that assesses:
- logic
- verbal, non verbal and numerical reasoning
- spatial awareness
- mechanical aptitude
The tests can also give an indication of personality traits. A highly detailed report is produced which shows strengths and attributes along with compatible career ideas and suggestions.
Who can it help?
The Morrisby Profile can help:
- school or college students wanting support in choosing subject options for their preferred learning style, to help them progress towards the type of job that will really suit them.
- adults looking for a new career that better matches their interests and abilities.
- graduates wanting to find out more about their strengths and aptitudes for selecting a suitable career path.
How does the Morrisby Profile work?
It consists of a series of tests that takes about three hours, plus a vocational questionnaire. It is not an exam, and most people enjoy the process. These are then sent to the Morrisby Organisation where the results are analysed and a detailed report is produced. If you choose to have a follow up careers guidance interview as well, then a fully trained adviser will meet with you to discuss the report and answer any questions you have.
How much does it cost?
From £90
