One-to-one interview for each Year 11 student

A full guidance interview to discuss post 16 options and career plans, to include an Action Plan and follow up for those that need it

 Clinic sessions

Quick one to one sessions targeted at particular times of the year, e.g. A Level choice, LeCAP completion, apprenticeship applications

Parents' evening for Year 10 or 11 on future choices

Personal adviser attendance at your Year 10 or 11 parents' or options evening to give information or advice.  Delivered as a presentation to parents or via individual consultations

Tracking and destinations information

Tracking of all former students up to their 19th birthday, and provision of destination information

 Post 16 options session for each Year 10 or 11 class

A comprehensive overview of post 16 options including the local offer. Information on career progression from different options

KS4 Self-awareness/decision-making sessions for each class

Workshop to raise awareness of strengths and weaknesses and decision-making techniques

KUDOS workshop for all Year 10 or 11 students

Career matching and options research to help raise aspirations and broaden choices

Workshops for Year 11 students 

Careers Education development and consultancy (half day) 

Support and advice on improving your careers education programme including consultancy support on preparing for Career Mark

Careers library maintenance

Organising/filing of existing materials, removal of out of date/inaccurate information and gap analysis report to ensure that the library meets quality standards

Psychometric assessment with individual report and feedback on student abilities, workstyles, talents and interests, with career recommendations

Student voice coordination
