Careers support to identified students

A full guidance interview to discuss options and career plans to include an Action Plan and follow up for those requiring additional careers support

Support for vulnerable students to ensure retention

Support for identified vulnerable students that includes one intervention per term to promote engagement and prevent drop out 

Employability advice workshops

Advice workshops covering CVs, interview techniques, online applications and other application forms. Maximum of 20 students

 Applying to HE workshops

Workshops devised to help your students make the best of themselves in completing their personal statement or HE exploration to support them to make informed choices. Maximum of 20 students

Attendance at your careers fair or open evening

Adviser input to your event to give information or advice

Tracking students who drop out of courses

Tracking of all early leavers and provision of destination information

Mailshot to Year 11 students

Flyer or leaflet mailshot to market your opportunities, up to 1,500 sent to prospective students in Year 11 

Careers library maintenance

Organising/filing of existing materials, removal of out of date/inaccurate information and gap analysis report to ensure that the library meets quality standards

Careers Education development and consultancy (half day)

Support and advice on improving your careers education programme including consultancy support on preparing for Career Mark

Psychometric assessment with individual report and feedback on student abilities, work styles, talents and interests, with career recommendations
