Free advice and support on any issue such as education, health, careers, relationships, training, jobs, money, drugs, benefits, housing, and the law.

How does it work?

You have access to Connexions advisers who can talk things through with you and help you sort things out.

Connexions advisers are easy to get in touch with as they are based in schools, colleges, youth clubs and other community venues. To talk to a Connexions adviser ask at school or contact your local Connexions Centre.

Connexions Direct Online Support

Free online support is available through Connexions Direct. You can contact an adviser by telephone, webchat, Adviser Web Cam, email or text message. They are available from 8 am to 2 am every day.
