Positive Customer Care We want our customers and clients to have a positive experience in dealing with our services. This course looks at how to build a culture of positive customer care on a face to face and remote basis.

This course considers difference in personalities.  It will focus on 3 overlapping models:

  • Learning Styles and Behaviours

    Recognising the early signs and staying in control

    This course aims to build understanding of behaviour issues.  It will consider basic strategies to deal with behaviour issues and managing conflict. It will provide strategies to help de-escalate emotionally charged situations

    Behaviour Tracker

    The behaviour tracker is a means of assessing  learners’ behaviour/social skills.  It will enable participants to track the improvements we make and engender a common language when describing behaviour skills and needs

    Fireworks of Aggression

    This course will examine common beliefs that can trigger aggression and possible observable, physiological responses.  It will provide a tool box for coping strategies

    Effective Groupwork Management Training This course provides participants with the skills and confidence to manage group dynamics, facilitate collaborative learning and plan, design, deliver and evaluate groupwork with young people effectively.
