All Connexions employees are interviewed by a young people's panel.

Last year 23 young people helped to interview 150 potential candidates.

Interview Training

This is a day long training session where you learn about the process of applying for a job, the selection process, how to interview candidates, and equal opportunities.  Last year we trained over 40 young people.

• Meet new people
• Earn vouchers
• And most importantly have fun

Interview panels

Interview panels are either a day or a half-day.  You’ll be with other young people and will interview potential candidates.

You then meet with the “adult” panel and together you choose who to appoint.
