Every learning organisation will be at a different level of integration or coordination for the PDC. Some will be nearly there for others it is a new process that will require change. Frameworks for developing quality – links to Ofsted SEF
Two locally accessable frameworks for developing provision in the PDC are Healthy Schools Award and Career Mark Award. Career Mark standards are mapped to the SEF and the evidence from the award can be used to meet Ofsted requirements.
Managing change can be a tough role depending on the culture of the organisation. By taking a planned approach you can identify people and resources that will work with you or help you move forward and those that may hinder the process. Anticipation can then enable planning to minimise any threats to change. To help you do this use the force field analysis tool.
