Your teenager has access to their own personal adviser. Connexions advisers are easy to get in touch with as they are based in schools, colleges, youth clubs and other community venues. If you would like to talk to your teenager's Connexions adviser ask at their school or contact your local Connexions centre.
Connexions Direct Online Support
Free online support is available through Connexions Direct. You can contact an adviser by telephone, webchat, email or text message. They are available from 8 am to 2 am everyday.
