Teenage years are often a difficult time for young people and their parents and carers. However if you are worried about your teenager's behaviour and think it is more than just a phase they are going through there are lots of things you can do to help the situation.
Try talking to your teenager about their problems and find a solution that involves your teenager taking action to improve the situation, rather than you trying to sort it out for them. If your teenager wants to talk to someone outside of the family there are lots of organisations that can help (see links below). You can also go to your GP to discuss ways to help and the possibility of getting a referral to see a therapist or counsellor.
