Connexions Leicester ShireWe help young people aged 13 to 19, or up to 25 if they have learning difficulties or disabilities. We give free advice and support on learning, living and working. We can help with careers and education as well as problems such as drugs, housing, money and health. You and your teenager can use the public computers in your local Connexions Centre. You can visit web sites for free. The Internet has information on courses, grants and benefits, jobs and work trends. We Can HelpYour son or daughter will have a lesson at school with their Connexions Personal Adviser (PA). They will talk about the options after Year 11. Students may be able to talk more about their choices with their PA if they need to.If your teenager is looking for a job or a course after Year 11 they can talk to the PA at their school or college or, if they have left education, visit a Connexions Centre for help.
