Local News
Over 100 young people came to celebrate the launch of
the new activities4u website at Athena on Monday 31st
March. The website gives young people instant access to information
about activities they can get involved in locally.
Envelope for GCSE Results
The Learning & Skills Council (LSC) has produced a GCSE envelope
for use in schools. The A5 GCSE envelope includes a leaflet that explains
about options and choices after young people get their GCSEs including
information about Apprenticeships, A levels and Diplomas and EMA.

Publicising Positive Activities Project
A project is under way to publicise all the positive activities that
young people can get involved in within Leicester and Leicestershire.
The aim of the project is to enable more young people to experience
the benefits that participating in activities can provide.
